Our stay at Capri Palace was truly a mixed experience. On one hand, we found the service outstanding, especially from a staff member who played a significant role in making our special moments unforgettable. However, the room we were assigned fell short of expectations, particularly considering the price we paid. The situation was compounded by the location, which, while charming, was quite far from the beach and other attractions, necessitating constant walking or cab rides.
My stay at Capri Palace was quite mixed. While the luxurious ambiance and beautiful surroundings were a delight, I faced significant issues with the room condition and overall service. The dining experiences were exceptional, especially at the Michelin-starred restaurant, but the staff's attitude left much to be desired, especially considering the high price point.
Overall, my stay at Capri Palace was quite disappointing due to the condition of the room and the service I received. The view was lovely and the beach club was a nice touch, but it was frustrating that the beach club was fully booked when we arrived. The staff did not engage as expected, and it felt like they were more interested in other guests. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for this luxurious hotel based on its reputation, but it didn’t deliver.
